1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the shell88 platform, including the website, mobile application and all related services provided by us. These Terms take effect on the date you register an account or begin using any shell88 services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to use this platform. Continued use following any changes made to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

shell88 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use shell88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a country or jurisdiction that prohibits access to online betting services.
• Not have been previously suspended or permanently banned by shell88.
• Register solely for personal entertainment purposes, not as a representative or proxy for any third party.

shell88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or valid identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified time frame may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

Each member is required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes full name, active mobile number, valid email address and the bank account or e-wallet number used for financial transactions.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only allowed one active account at shell88. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email or payment method is prohibited. All bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts will be voided and withdrawn.

3.3 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. A weak password or sharing your password with others is a risk borne entirely by the member. shell88 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Payments

shell88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Available payment methods may vary from time to time depending on technical and operational requirements.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM20.
• All deposits must be made using the same name as registered in the shell88 account.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• shell88 does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however payment providers may impose their own fees under their own terms.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting within the platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

shell88 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds before processing any deposit for the purpose of compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal from their shell88 account subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security purposes.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks that may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals for winnings involving bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement being met first.

shell88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the customer support team will contact the member concerned for further clarification.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

shell88 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,600, a bonus of RM888 is given, bringing the balance to RM2,488 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

6.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions as stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• shell88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or end any promotion at any time.
• Attempts to abuse promotions or the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, and possible account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

6.3 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible to be considered for the shell88 VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%) and Platinum (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Progression through VIP tiers depends on the member's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

7 Member Conduct

shell88 members are required to comply with the following standards of conduct when using the platform:

• Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not engage in any form of fraud, including falsifying identity, account information or verification documents.
• Do not use the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the technical operations of the platform by any means.
• Do not communicate in an abusive, threatening or harassing manner through customer support channels.
• Do not share your account or allow another party to use your account.

shell88 monitors activity on the platform continuously. Any suspicious behaviour or conduct that violates these Terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including account closure and holding of funds until the investigation is complete.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

Members are free to close their account at any time by contacting the shell88 customer support team. Before closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any available funds may be withdrawn through the normal procedure.

8.2 Closure by shell88

shell88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to hack the system.
• Breach of the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Legal action or requests from relevant authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

shell88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting, temporary technical disruptions or changes in applicable regulations.

This platform is provided "as is" and shell88 makes no specific guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to the service.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

shell88 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting personal information collected during registration and use of the platform. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy page.

Members' personal information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law or competent authorities. shell88 uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect sensitive data during transmission and storage.

11 Amendments to Terms

shell88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically.

For amendments considered significant, shell88 will endeavour to notify members via an in-platform notice or email to the registered address. Continued use after the amendment date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which shell88 operates. shell88 operates under a recognised international licence, ensuring compliance with the operational standards and financial controls set by the relevant licensing body.

Should a dispute arise relating to these Terms or the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties, the dispute will be referred to the resolution process established by the relevant licensing authority.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
